One of the UK's top management franchises, award winning Swisher provides unique weekly washroom sanitation services and products to commercial and public buildings. Swisher has been represented in both Glasgow and Edinburgh since 1997, although new franchisees in both these territories have taken these businesses to increased levels of success. This has attracted some top performing franchisees to the Swisher network, including John Ross of Swisher Central Scotland and Mike & Mary Mone of Swisher Motherwell.
New franchisees about to join the network include Swisher Inverclyde and Swisher Grampian. Franchisees meet on a regular basis in order to promote business in Scotland, working together with Swisher Corporate to achieve even greater successes.
The Swisher service is a universal product that is always required. With no competition and customers on rolling annual contracts, each Swisher franchise has unlimited and continuous growth potential. Franchisees can build high revenue businesses with turnovers exceeding £500,000, earn net profits in excess of 30 per cent, and achieve substantial capital gain on re-sale.

Swisher is renowned for providing the best support in franchising with two franchisees to each member of Swisher Corporate staff (the national average is seven to one). Both the initial training and extensive ongoing support provided is second to none. Swisher Corporate also produces all invoices and statements for franchisees, assists with credit collections and acts as a call centre for franchisees and customers.
Support starts before franchisees join the network, as Swisher assists prospective franchisees with business plans, personally introduces them to funding services and invites them to spend time with an existing franchisee.
Swisher is a Full Member of the British Franchise Association and a member of both the BTA and the BICSC. It has an excellent relationship with the major franchise banks who, subject to status, will lend up to 70 per cent. Swisher also offers support through the DTI scheme.
Only three awards are made each year in franchising at the BFA's prestigious Franchisor of the Year Awards. In 2004, Swisher not only won the HSBC Award for Enterprise but took second place in the Daily Express Brand Builder Award, confirming its place as one of the UK's top franchises. With 64 exclusive management territories already forming part of the network, Swisher's reputation continues to grow in strength and stature.
