Recognition Express, a franchise that provides corporate recognition products, has aided Glasgow University's drive to motivate staff. Glasgow University hired West Scotland Recognition Express to create a special 'kite mark' goody bag, which is given to every member of staff who completes its Customer Care Workshop. The bag includes a badge, key-ring, certificate, pen and pad.

Stephen Price, owner of Recognition Express West Scotland, said: 'The feedback from staff who have taken part so far has been so positive and I'm happy that we could help out. The University is doing an excellent job, putting customer service at the heart of its services.'

Ishbel Duncan, Director of Conference and Visitor Service Office at Glasgow University, commented: 'We are delighted at the enthusiasm and commitments shown by the Campus Services' staff who have participated in the Customer Care Programme so far. Recognition Express has helped to promote the 'kite mark' by creating excellent, high quality incentive products and the staff love them! They are helping to make our quality mark a well known and highly regarded symbol around the University.'
