All Trades Network is aiming to recruit a further 10 Franchisees over the next 12 months as part of its second-phase Franchise development plan implemented by Franchise Development Services (FDS) Northern Consultant Tony Urwin.
This follows a highly successful launch phase, beginning in April 2005 and continuing into 2006, with targeted advertising in The Franchise Magazine (TFM) supported by online advertising with BeTheBoss, during which time All Trades Network recruited eight Franchisees. Keith Roberts, Director of All Trades Network, said: "TFM and BeTheBoss continue to be very successful for us."
Tony was appointed by All Trades Network in January 2005 to implement a full Franchise development programme including putting together the operations manual, liaising with their Franchise Lawyer to produce a robust Franchise agreement and helping them to develop an effective Franchise marketing and launch programme. "When considering Franchising our business, we spoke to various consultants," adds Keith. "FDS was the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced, which was reflected in Tony as an individual. The service was personal and flexible."
Tony continues to work with All Trades Network, updating their system documentation as required and providing advice and guidance on developing their Franchise network. He said: "The All Trades Network management team has worked incredibly hard to build a strong Franchise. They have demonstrated their commitment to ethical Franchising by becoming provisional members of the British Franchise Association and are now preparing to expand their Scottish network. I'm proud of their achievements and am sure they will continue to see the rewards of their hard work for many years to come."
FDS has been providing professional advice and guidance to Franchisees and Franchisors through its offices worldwide for more than 25 years and has assisted more than 10,000 people to select their Franchise. Managing Director Roy Seaman comments: "Franchising is an excellent mechanism for business growth. If you have a successful business with national potential but are unsure of how to expand it beyond your local or regional customer base, then Franchising is the most effective option."
